This trophy is very easy to get at the very beginning of the game. During Bad Blood mission (prologue) once you become a vampire, you will also learn how to use feeding skill to get your health back. On your way from cave to surface there will be many rats you can feed on. Feed on 10 of them and trophy will unlock. Avoid feeding early on humans due to nature of this game, some trophies may become missable
