Nolan North says he would “110%” return as Nathan Drake if Sony decides to bring the character back for another Uncharted game.

During a Q&A at Gamergy in Puerto Rico, North was asked whether he would reprise his iconic role in a future entry.

His answer was immediate.

“110 per cent. Absolutely.”

North said he believes another Uncharted could become “one of the biggest games ever”, joking that the decision simply depends on whether Sony “wants to make money.”

Nolan North Hasn’t Heard Anything About a New Uncharted

Despite his enthusiasm, North stressed that he hasn’t heard anything about another game.

He explained that Uncharted represented around a decade of working with friends and Naughty Dog, making it difficult to imagine a scenario where he would turn down another opportunity to play Nathan Drake.

Recent rumors have suggested that a new Uncharted project could be in development, potentially led by Uncharted: The Lost Legacy director Shaun Escayg.

Those reports claim Nathan Drake may return in a supporting role rather than as the main protagonist, but none of those details have been officially confirmed.

For now, North’s comments only confirm one thing: if Sony wants Nathan Drake back, his longtime actor is ready to return.
