Naked Rain is planning to support Ananta for at least seven years after release, with new quests, characters, maps and other content expected to expand the free-to-play open-world game over time.
Published by NetEase, Ananta is being built as both a narrative-driven open-world adventure and a long-term live-service game. If the current plan holds, post-launch support could continue into 2034 and potentially beyond.

Ananta Already Has More Than 100 Hours of Content
During a Gamescom interview, the development team revealed that Ananta currently offers at least 100 hours of content.
That figure covers more than just the main story, including open-world exploration and the numerous side activities available throughout the game.
However, the launch experience is only intended to be the beginning.
Naked Rain Plans at Least Seven Years of Updates
Naked Rain plans to use Ananta’s Live Ops model to regularly expand the game with new quests, playable characters, maps and additional content.
Most notably, the studio’s current roadmap calls for at least seven years of post-launch support.
Plans for a live-service game can naturally change depending on its performance and other factors, so seven years isn’t necessarily guaranteed. Still, it demonstrates the scale of Naked Rain’s ambitions for Ananta and suggests the studio is designing its open world with years of expansion in mind.
Ananta is scheduled to launch in 2027 as a free-to-play open-world game.
