PlayStation<\/a> and LEGO have officially revealed a 1,911-piece LEGO recreation of the original PlayStation console, complete with a controller and references to Gran Turismo and Ape Escape.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leaking earlier this year, the LEGO PlayStation set (72306)<\/a><\/strong> is now official following its reveal during PlayStation’s latest State of Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finished console measures approximately 10.5 inches (26 cm) wide<\/strong> and is designed at close to a 1:1 scale of the original PlayStation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEGO PlayStation Includes Gran Turismo and Ape Escape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the console and its iconic controller, the set contains two removable dioramas celebrating classic PlayStation<\/a> games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gran Turismo<\/strong> diorama includes a miniature racetrack and cars, while Ape Escape<\/strong> gets an island scene featuring a monkey with interchangeable blue and red helmet lights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also several functional elements, including working Power and Open buttons<\/strong>, while the LEGO controller can be plugged directly into the console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both game dioramas can be removed and displayed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEGO PlayStation Price and Release Date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The LEGO PlayStation will first become available through PlayStation Direct on October 1, 2026<\/strong> in selected markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEGO Insiders will also receive Early Access beginning October 1, followed by a wider release through LEGO Stores and LEGO’s online store on October 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
