The developers said their goal is not only to create a game worthy of the SAW franchise<\/strong>, but also one that succeeds as a multiplayer horror experience on its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cToday we\u2019ve made the decision to move the SAW: Genesis Early Access release to Q1 2027.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The team explained that recent testing generated plenty of positive feedback alongside specific suggestions for improving parts of the game and its performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAW: Genesis is an asymmetrical 3v1 horror game<\/strong>, with one player taking the role of the Judge while three others play as the Accused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Accused must complete challenges, collect keys and find a way to escape before time runs out, bringing the deadly game structure of the SAW movies into a multiplayer format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
