Silent Hill series producer Motoi Okamoto has revealed that Konami is considering multiple new projects as the franchise prepares for its second and third waves of releases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the releases of Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill f and Silent Hill: Townfall, Konami<\/a> is already looking toward the future of its psychological horror franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a recent interview with Famitsu<\/a>, reported by Game Observer, series producer Motoi Okamoto<\/strong> discussed plans to continue expanding Silent Hill beyond its recent revival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silent Hill’s Second and Third Waves Are Being Considered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Okamoto expressed relief that the franchise’s first wave of three games had successfully launched and received positive responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, he made it clear that Konami has no intention of stopping there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe need to consider the second and third waves,\u201d Okamoto explained, adding that the team is currently \u201clooking at a number of projects.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Although no specific games were announced, his comments suggest Konami is exploring several possibilities for Silent Hill’s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The franchise’s recent revival began with Silent Hill 2 Remake in 2024<\/strong>, followed by Silent Hill f in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest release, Silent Hill: Townfall<\/strong>, arrived in September 2026, introducing a first-person psychological horror experience centered on Simon Ordell and the mysterious island of St. Amelia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With three major releases in consecutive years, Silent Hill has become an increasingly active franchise for Konami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
