Shift Up has confirmed that Stellar Blade Complete Edition will be fully contained on its Nintendo Switch 2 cartridge, with no additional download required for the game’s content.
The Switch 2 version launches on November 5, 2026, bringing the former PlayStation console exclusive to Nintendo hardware alongside all previously released DLC and additional Complete Edition bonuses.
Stellar Blade Is Fully on the Switch 2 Cartridge
With physical game preservation becoming an increasingly important topic, Shift Up specifically addressed how it is handling the Switch 2 release.
“We also understand the importance of physical media, and so we have made sure that Stellar Blade is 100% on cartridge!”
The physical version includes the complete game and its previously released content, including the NieR:Automata and GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE collaborations.
The Complete Edition also includes several additional bonuses:
- Stargazer Suit for Eve
- Stargazer Wear for Adam
- Stargazer Coat for Lily
- Half-Rim Glasses for Eve
- Quadruple Rectangle Earrings for Eve
- Stargazer Pack for the Drone
- 2,000 SP EXP
- 5,000 Gold
Bayonetta Collaboration and Limited SteelBook Confirmed
The new Switch 2 trailer also revealed a Bayonetta collaboration, which will add four new outfits for Eve.
Collectors can purchase a limited-edition SteelBook featuring exclusive new artwork with a metallic finish. Shift Up says quantities will be strictly limited.
Pre-orders are available now, with both the physical and digital versions priced at $59.99.
