Final Fantasy 7 Otkrivenje Launches April 8, 2027
Revelation arrives almost seven years after Final Fantasy 7 Remake, which launched on April 10, 2020.
The new gameplay footage showed the party fighting both mechanical and monstrous enemies as their journey to protect the Lifestream and the world reaches its conclusion.
Square Enix also provided a deeper look at some of Revelation’s biggest gameplay additions.
New FITS System Changes How Characters Fight
One of the biggest additions is the new FITS system, which allows players to assign one of four roles to characters:
- Warrior
- Knight
- Black Mage
- Summoner
Each role significantly changes a character’s combat abilities and playstyle, adding another layer of customization to the party system.
Chocobos will also have a more active role in combat and can directly attack enemies.

Highwind Makes World Exploration Much Bigger
Exploration is also being expanded considerably.
Players gain access to the Highwind early in the game, allowing extensive traversal across the planet. You’ll even be able to parachute directly from the air to locations below.
A new Grappling Gun provides additional vertical exploration, making it easier to reach rooftops and elevated areas.
Queen’s Blood is returning as well, with a new storyline centered around Red XIII and tougher opponents capable of using special abilities to alter the board.
Final Fantasy 7 Revelation launches April 8, 2027, concluding Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy nearly seven years after it began.

I am very excited about this!
