Ubisoft has announced that Rayman Legends Retold will feature a free Astro Bot costume exclusively on PS5, celebrating a special collaboration between two beloved PlayStation platforming franchises.

The announcement follows Rayman’s appearance in Astro Bot (2024), with the upcoming remake now returning the favor.

How to Unlock the Astro Bot Costume in Rayman Legends Retold

According to the official PlayStation Blog, players can unlock the Astro Bot costume completely free during their first visit to Victor Velour, the game’s resident tailor.

The exclusive outfit recreates Astro Bot’s recognizable design, including its glossy white surfaces, metallic details and glowing blue elements, while maintaining Rayman’s distinctive appearance.

The crossover was developed through a collaboration between Ubisoft Milan, Ubisoft Montpellier and Team Asobi.

Rayman Legends Retold launches on December 3, 2026, for PS5 and PS5 Pro.

The game reimagines the classic platformer with updated visuals, a retold story, new musical stages and an additional mysterious realm to explore.

Players can experience the adventure solo or with up to four players in local cooperative multiplayer.

The Astro Bot costume will be available exclusively on PlayStation consoles at launch.
