Novi sustavi tijela u GTA 6 dodaju posljedice vašim izborima

GTA 6 will bring back evolving character bodies in a major way, with Jason and Lucia physically changing depending on what they eat, how much they exercise and even the situations they experience throughout Rockstar’s massive open world.

Grand Theft Auto 6 isn’t just giving players more freedom – Rockstar wants that freedom to have visible consequences.

New details surrounding Jason i Lucia reveal that the two protagonists won’t remain physically identical throughout the entire game. Their appearance can change depending on how players choose to live, bringing back and significantly expanding an idea previously explored in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Eat too much and their bodies can change. Exercise regularly and they’ll visibly develop muscle.

But GTA 6 appears to be taking the system considerably further than simply tracking whether your character is fit or overweight.

Jason and Lucia’s Bodies Will Change Based on Your Actions

Speaking with Dazed, Rockstar North head of development and co-studio head Rob Nelson explained that Jason and Lucia aren’t designed as completely blank avatars.

They are established characters whose personal stories continue developing alongside the player’s actions.

“The thing we love about this medium is the way these characters aren’t empty avatars that you can do whatever you want with. Their story becomes a journey you share with them.”

One way Rockstar intends to reinforce that connection is through physical changes.

Food choices will affect Jason and Lucia’s weight, while exercising regularly can cause them to visibly gain muscle.

It’s an idea longtime GTA players will immediately associate with Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, where CJ could gain or lose weight and develop muscle depending on his diet and exercise habits.

GTA 6 appears to be revisiting that concept with the considerably more advanced technology available to Rockstar today.

Your Experiences Can Leave Their Mark on Jason and Lucia

Physical fitness isn’t the only thing affecting the protagonists.

According to the new details, spending extended periods running from the police can also be reflected in Jason and Lucia’s appearance.

That suggests Rockstar is attempting to make the protagonists visually respond to their experiences rather than treating their character models as static throughout the entire story.

Combined with GTA 6’s deeper relationship mechanics, it could help make individual playthroughs feel considerably more personal.

Rockstar wants Jason and Lucia to remain defined characters with their own personalities and narrative arcs, but players will still have substantial influence over what happens to them along the way.

GTA 6 Is Making Player Choices More Meaningful

These body systems appear to be part of a much broader push toward consequences and increased realism throughout GTA 6.

We’ve already learned that NPCs won’t always immediately run away when confronted. Some can fight back or escalate encounters.

Police can also gather descriptions of suspects, including their clothing and vehicles, potentially forcing players to change their appearance or abandon a recognizable car while escaping.

Now Jason and Lucia themselves can physically change depending on how players treat them.

Together, these mechanics suggest Rockstar wants players to think a little more about their actions than they did in previous Grand Theft Auto games.

That doesn’t mean GTA’s trademark chaos is disappearing, but the world may react to that chaos in considerably more believable ways.

San Andreas Fans Might Feel Right at Home

For longtime fans, the return of body customization through gameplay will probably be particularly welcome.

San Andreas remains famous for allowing players to shape CJ through everyday activities. Spending time at the gym increased his muscle, eating affected his weight, and those changes could influence different aspects of the experience.

Later GTA games largely moved away from that level of physical character simulation.

With GTA 6, Rockstar appears ready to bring the concept back while integrating it into a much more sophisticated world.

And considering the studio wants players to do everything from exercising and eating to simply living everyday lives as Jason and Lucia, those systems could become much more than cosmetic novelties.

They could help make each player’s version of the protagonists feel genuinely different.

Grand Theft Auto 6 izlazi 19. studenog 2026. za PlayStation 5 i Xbox Series X|S.
