Annapurna Interactive and Graceful Decay have revealed Uncanyon, a visually striking puzzle adventure built around exploration, parallel realities and the ability to reshape the world around you.
Uncanyon is scheduled to launch in 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2. The project is led by Graceful Decay founder Hanford Lemoore, creator of the acclaimed puzzle game Maquette.

Uncanyon Lets You Manipulate Two Realities
Players take control of Sonia, a young woman who falls into a forgotten world trapped between parallel realities.
It’s a strange place where hills appear to breathe, trees change color and the landscape itself constantly shifts. Sonia eventually becomes a Finder of Lost Things, searching for records, ancient equipment and mysterious devices constructed from a magical material called fragmentstone.
These devices are central to Uncanyon’s puzzles.
By activating them, players can overlap two different dimensions and manipulate the environment. This can change shadows and rocks, remove dangers and reveal paths that were always present but hidden within another reality.
Five Semi-Open Regions to Explore
Uncanyon will feature five distinct semi-open regions, each containing environmental puzzles, optional challenges and secrets.
Graceful Decay says some of its more complicated mysteries extend beyond the main storyline, giving players additional puzzles to solve even after completing Sonia’s primary journey.
Exploration will also gradually uncover the history of the forgotten civilization that once inhabited the world and the truth behind Sonia’s role as its prophesied hero.
With its reality-bending puzzle mechanics and unusual environments, Uncanyon looks set to build upon the ideas Graceful Decay previously explored with Maquette on a considerably larger scale.
Uncanyon launches in 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
