Sony has officially announced the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for August 2026, giving subscribers three new titles to claim at no additional cost.
Available to all PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium members, this month’s lineup includes a major open-world action game, a brand-new day-one release, and a critically acclaimed indie horror experience.
As always, once the games are added to your library, you’ll be able to download and play them anytime while your PlayStation Plus subscription remains active.
PlayStation Plus Monthly Games – August 2026
Subscribers can claim the following games between August 4 and August 31:
- Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition (PS4 & PS5)
- Big Walk (PS5) – Day-One Release
- Signalis (PS4)
The lineup offers a mix of action, cooperative multiplayer, and survival horror, giving players a variety of genres to enjoy throughout the month.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition
Headlining August’s selection is Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition.
The Reloaded Edition includes the base game alongside numerous gameplay improvements introduced since launch, as well as the Bloody Ties story expansion, offering players even more content to explore in the zombie-infested open world.
Big Walk Launches Day One on PlayStation Plus
One of the biggest surprises is Big Walk, which joins PlayStation Plus as a day-one release.
Developed by House House, the studio behind Untitled Goose Game, Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer adventure where players explore a large open world together, solving puzzles, overcoming environmental challenges, and discovering hidden secrets along the way.
Subscribers will be able to jump into the game on release day without paying anything extra.
Signalis Completes the Lineup
The third game is Signalis, the acclaimed sci-fi survival horror title inspired by classic genre staples.
Known for its atmospheric storytelling, challenging resource management, and retro-inspired visuals, Signalis has earned praise from both critics and horror fans since its release.
Marvel Tōkon PlayStation Plus Bonus Pack
In addition to the monthly games, Sony is also offering a free Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls PlayStation Plus Pack, available from August 6, 2026, through August 6, 2027.
The bonus includes:
- Five PlayStation Network avatars featuring Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, and Ghost Rider
- A collection of Result Screen Character Poses featuring 20 Marvel characters, including Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Peni Parker, and more
Subscribers can claim the pack during the one-year availability period.
