Ghost of Yotei Most Wanted

Ghost of Yotei: Most Wanted Roguelike Mode Brings Back Jin Sakai

Sucker Punch has announced Ghost of Yotei: Most Wanted, a new roguelike mode launching October 1 as part of Ghost of Yotei: Complete Edition – and Ghost of Tsushima protagonist Jin Sakai is returning as a playable character.

Revealed during the September 3 PlayStation State of Play, Most Wanted will feature four playable characters and progressively more difficult bounty hunts.

The new mode launches alongside the Echoes of Sekigahara story expansion on October 1.

Jin Sakai Is Playable in Ghost of Yotei: Most Wanted

Most Wanted features four playable characters, each equipped with unique abilities:

  • Atsu
  • Oyuki
  • Nagato
  • Jin Sakai

Jin’s inclusion is easily the biggest surprise, bringing the Ghost of Tsushima protagonist back as a playable character.

Sucker Punch says Most Wanted has been designed as an extension of the existing Ghost of Yotei campaign experience, with familiar controls despite its new roguelike structure.

How Ghost of Yotei: Most Wanted Works

Players will complete bounties that become increasingly difficult as they progress.

During runs, players earn Mon, which can be spent on new techniques, weapon upgrades, charms and other improvements.

Cosmetics unlocked through Most Wanted can also be used in both the original Ghost of Yotei campaign and Echoes of Sekigahara.

Ghost of Yotei Complete Edition Launches October 1

Existing Ghost of Yotei owners can purchase the Complete Edition Upgrade for $14.99, providing access to both Most Wanted and Echoes of Sekigahara from October 1.

The upgrade also includes the content previously offered through the Digital Deluxe Edition alongside the Charm of Hokkyokusei.

New players can purchase Ghost of Yotei: Complete Edition digitally for $69.99.

Ghost of Yotei: Most Wanted and Echoes of Sekigahara both launch on October 1.
